India beat Pakistan by 10 runs  to win the third match of the three-match ODI series at Delhi on Sunday.

After a disastrous batting performance by the Indians, the bowlers did well to pull things back.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Shami Ahmed not only controlled the flow of runs, but also added pressure on the visitors by picking up wickets at crucial interval.

Ravindra Jadeja also impressed with the ball giving away just 19 runs in his 10 overs along with picking up the wicket of Umar Akmal.

India’s batting misery continued as the hosts were bowled out for 167 within 44 overs. Pakistani batsmen used a cautious approach as they were left to score 24 off the last four overs with four wickets in hand.

However, India dismissed three batsmen in quick succession to put the Pakistan chase in jeopardy.

Brief Scores: India 167 all-out in 43.4 overs (MS Dhoni 36, Suresh Raina 31, Yuvraj Singh 23; Saeed Ajmal 5 for 24) beat Pakistan 157 all-out in 48.5 overs (Misbah-ul-Haq 39, Nasir Jamshed 34; Ishant Sharma 3 for 36 ,Bhuvneshwar Kumar 2 for 31) by 10 runs
